Catapult Adventure Park Patron Code of Conduct
- Waiver Acknowledgement: By entering the park and participating in any of its activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and the terms and conditions outlined in the waiver. You understand that participation in park activities involves inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. All adults over the age of 18 must complete their own waiver. All minors under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Use at Own Risk: You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in the participation in or on any Inflatables, Rock Walls, Zip Lines, Speed/Tube Slides and Go-Karts and that such risks include not only the use of these attractions, but other activities and equipment.
- Queueing and Line Etiquette: Please enter the line after signing the waiver. There should be no line cutting, maintain a respectful distance from patrons ahead of you, and respect the order of arrival.
- Photography and Video: Video recording, and photographs are allowed in designated play zones. Please be mindful of other guests’ privacy.
- Respect and Courtesy: Treat all patrons, staff, and park property with respect. Any form of vandalism, harassment, discrimination, bullying, foul play or abuse of written or verbal rules will not be tolerated. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, including those with disabilities.
- Safety Socks: Catapult branded Safety socks must be worn at all times while in the park. This is mandatory for all attractions, including inflatables, Tube/ Speed Slides, and the Zipline course.
- Cell Phone Usage: Sell phones should never be used while operating Go-Karts, on the ropes course, or on the inflatables.
- Supervision of Minors: Minors under the age of 18 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. Adult Present must ensure minor(s) understand and obey the rules at all times.
- Speed Slide and Tube Slide: Follow the posted and verbal rules from staff for each slide. Only one patron is allowed to slide at a time. Ensure you slide facing forward with your feet first. Any other direction of sliding is strictly prohibited.
- Inflatables: No Running, Rough housing or flipping in unsafe zones on the inflatables to avoid collisions. Maintain a safe distance from others to avoid injury. Adhere to the posted height and weight restrictions before entering the inflatables.
- Zipline Course: Use the Provided and required safety Harness and Helmet to utilize the Zipline Course. Read posted rules and directions as well as verbal instructions from staff before entering the course. Do not try to enter the course without proper safety equipment or supervision, as there is a serious risk of injury.
- Go-Karts: Ensure a waiver is signed, as well as all height, weight and safety requirements are met before riding. Riders must wear closed- toe shoes as well as a headsock and adhere to the posted rules. Riders will keep both hands on the steering wheel, follow the track, and remain seated with the seat belt correctly fastened at all times. Riders will overtake other go-karts safely and responsibly, avoiding collisions. No bumping, Foul or Aggressive driving will be tolerated.
- Cleanliness: Patrons will help keep the park clean by disposing of trash in designated bins, and reporting spills or hazards to staff immediately.
- Food and Drink: Patrons will consume food and beverages only in designated areas. Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on attractions. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking, including E-cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the park.
- Alcohol and Substances: The consumption of alcohol is prohibited within the park. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
- Personal Belongings: Keep your Valuable items and belongings in lockers or in sight at all times, This park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No Animal Policy: For the safety and comfort of all guests, animals are not permitted in the park, with the exception of certified service animals.
- Medical Conditions: Guests with any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to: circulatory conditions, heart or lung conditions, recent surgeries, back or neck conditions, knee or ankle conditions, high blood pressure, known pregnancy, any history of spine, musculoskeletal or head injuries, or any other medical conditions that may affect their participation, should consult with their physician before participating in park activities.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow instructions of staff and emergency personnel. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and emergency equipment.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in removal and permanent ban from the Park.
Playing Safely with Catapult Adventure Park
- Waivers are Essential: All guests must sign a waiver before entering the attractions.
- Safety Socks: Catapult branded safety socks are required at all times on all attractions.
- Listen to Instructions: Always follow staff instructions and posted rules.
- Mind your Surroundings: Be mindful of other jumpers in your surroundings to avoid collisions and injuries. Look before you jump or land.
- Safe Distance: Maintain a safe distance between other jumpers to help support an injury free play area.
- No Roughhousing: Avoid Roughhousing, Horseplay, and any other unsafe and foul play on all attractions.
- Wear Proper Safety Equipment: Some attractions may require specific safety equipment to participate in that attraction. Please ensure you have all safety equipment on and properly fitted before utilizing the attraction. For example, Helmet andHarnesses are required on the ropes course, and closed-toe shoes and head socks are required for Go-Karts.
- Respect Park Equipment: Treat all park equipment with care and use all safety and play equipment as intended and directed. Improper use can lead to serious injuries.
- Report Hazards: Immediately report all safety hazards or concerns to a staff member.
- Follow Medical Advice: If you have any medical conditions, consult with your doctor before participating.
- For Minors: Minors under the age of 18 must actively be supervised by an adult at all times. Adult present must ensure the minor understands and follows safety rules.
